In the gym for instance - If I lift something too heavy then there is the risk of injury and damaged ego... but if I succeed, then you feel glorified and stand up and experience "the quickening" type feeling like The Highlander! At work - if I always play it safe with my design work then I'm not much of a designer, because nobody likes a "steady eddie"! That's why my own visual identity is pink and black! Push it!
