With software piracy rife among the nation, is God’s church of ‘Holy’ people really taking a stand against piracy in general?
Imagine… just how many innovative church media presentations, ministry websites, or even Christian blogs we would see regress if the church took a stringent stance on piracy?
What if the church listened to Chuck Stanley’s advice:
“Never violate the principals of God to gain or maintain the blessing of God.”?
My hands are up, I’ve done it. Just what was I thinking at the time? And I don’t expect you to hang out your ‘dirty washing’ on such a big subject, because the chances are that you have done it or have turned a blind eye to such practices (don’t remember VHS and cassette tapes, eh?)
Considering all this then, are we really up for the possibility of a less relevant and certainly less innovative multimedia driven church? There may be a lot of explaining to do if things got less colorful or there were suddenly huge backdated user license and royalty fees to be paid.
Consider it, and live free.

The software prices for the likes of Adobe's Creative Suite are out of this world and beyond what students can afford. I haven't met one student yet that had countless thousands to pay for the ESSENTIAL tools they need to do their design work.
The way I see it… is it a sin to steal if you are starving, eh?
I understand what you are saying but it dosent make it right.
Its like stealing a car as a driving instructor to learn people to pass their test.

Luckily, I'm not someone who takes my wrong doings too seriously!
