We don’t have “Chick-Fil-A” here in Ireland, but if we did, I would not only eat there, but want to work there too!
They seem a company of high integrity that really value there employee’s, and there staff retention rate is in the something ridiculous like 97%!
This staff approach makes sense to me, cos’ after all, people remain a company’s greatest asset.
Closing advice: If you are working unhappily for a pack of idiots - just leave. They will need quality people more than you will ever need to put up with their games.
